Coding Projects
Follow the link to GitHub above to see projects and concepts that I have learned through my courses at UGA.
For the sake of brevity I have listed the ones that stuck out to me based on how challenging they were,
how much they helped me learn course concepts and subject matter, and or how fun they were to put together!
Traditional Work
Traditional art has helped me build confidence in defining line and form.
It has offered me yet another way to translate ideas in my head to the real world, where it can reach others.
Drawing things out helps me when words are not cutting it. I hope to be able to use what I've learned
to take all my work to the next level and give special consideration to all its details.
Digital Work
In order for my art and coding to interact, I also wanted to learn how to learn to create images digitally!
This meant learning new programs and all the tools that help stream line the process.
The programs for digital art I am currently most comforable with are Photoshop and Maya,
But that list will of course grow.
Self Study
With whatever free time I could manage, I tried explore new projects that both interested me
and taught me new programs/concepts. Though this section could be put into other sections,
I feel it is imporrtant to mention that I was not taught under any formal setting,
and these projects could not always be given the time they deserve.
I do think that they help illustrate however, that I am self motivated and
love the trial and error that comes with project based learning.
